Ihr habt keine Lust, viel Zubehör mit zu schleppen und möchtet lieber in einem fertig aufgestellten Zelt mit gemachtem Bett gemütliche Nächte verbringen? Dann sind unsere verschiedenen Hospitality Packages für Euch genau das Richtige! 
In unserem Special Camping Bereich, direkt neben dem VIP Camping Village gelegen, warten tolle Tippis, Lodges und vieles mehr auf Euch. Vorbereitet haben wir für Euch:

Eine Rezeption im Camp ist 24 Stunden lang besetzt und steht Euch für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung. Hier könnt Ihr auch Euer Handy kostenlos laden. Solltet Ihr mit einer Gruppe anreisen und nebeneinander zelten wollen, müssen die Zelte (gleichen Types) unbedingt in einer gemeinsamen Bestellung reserviert werden. Der Parkplatz des Special Campings ist 200 Meter entfernt. Zur Benutzung des Special Camps ist ein VIP Campingticket erforderlich (dieses wird zusammen mit dem Zeltticket verschickt und ist inklusive). Schließfächer können im VIP Camping gemietet werden. Eine Kombination mit unserem mobilen WC ist leider nicht möglich. Auch das Aufstellen von Pavillons ist nicht möglich, bei den meisten Zelten aber auch nicht nötig, da diese einen eigenen, privaten Chillbereich besitzen. Für gemeinsame Grillabende gibt es im Special Camp einen Grillplatz für Euch.

Im Special Camping ist bei der Anreise an der Rezeption ein Zeltpfand in Höhe von 100€ fällig. Bezahlt wird dieser entweder mit dem auf dem Armband gespeicherten Guthaben desjenigen, der das Zeltticket einlöst oder via EC-Karte. Du kannst das nötige Guthaben vorab online auf dein Festivalticket laden um mit deinem Armband zu zahlen. Bei der Abreise erhältst du den Pfand auf deinem Armband wieder gutgeschrieben und kannst ihn nach dem Festival über unser OnlinePortal wieder erstatten lassen.

In our Special Camping area, directly located next to the VIP Camping Village, awesome Tippis, Logdes and many more are waiting for you. We prepared the following for you:

A reception in the camp is opened for your questions and wishes 24 hours a day. Here you can also charge your phone for free. If you arrive in a group and want to be located next to each other, you will have to order your tents in one order. The parking for the Special Camping is about 200 meters far away. To stay in the Special Camp you need a VIP Camping ticket (this ticket is included). Lockers can be booked in the VIP Camping. A combination with our mobile toilet is not possible. Putting up a pavilion is not possible too, but mostly also not necessary, because most of the tents got their own area to chill. For joint BBQ evenings the Special Camp offers a place for BBQs. 

At the Special Camping you will need to leave a deposit of 100€ at the reception. At your arrival you can pay for it with your cashless credit on your wristband or with your EC-card.
Only the person who uses the ticket for your tent must leave the deposit.
You can topup your festival ticket online before heading towards the festival to pay with your wristband.
At departure you´ll get your deposit back onto your wristband. After the festival you can transfer your money back from your wristband onto your bank account at our online portal.
