Only festival tickets (Regular & VIP: Pre-Opening / 1-Day / 3-Day), as well as Main (1&2), VIP-, Special- and North tickets are personalized. All the other tickets (mobile toilet, Fun Flat, etc.) aren´t personalized and do not need to be re-personalized, when given to another person.
You don´t have to personalize your ticket immediately and have time to do so until the 07th of July 2021. Each change of names, so-called re-personalization, is connected to costs. Please personalize only, if you are sure about the names! The whole order can only be personalized together and at once.
A ticket transfer costs 25€ per ticket and can be done here.
Re-personalizations after the 07th of July 2021 aren´t possible.
All the tickets can be transferred.
The not personalized tickets can be submitted in original, but be careful: the code can only be scanned once, after the first scan the barcode is no longer valid!
To make sure, your ticket will be valid, you should use the ticket transfer for these tickets too.
When doing so, you will receive a newly generated ticket with a new barcode.
That way you can make sure, that you don´t have to stay outside, because your barcode was already scanned from some other person.
For this process you need the data of the purchaser, therefore we disadvise against the purchase on third party ticket-platforms.
Those do not pass on the data of the purchaser and you can´t do a re-personalization.
Who needs to pay the fee in case the ticket gets passed to a new guest?
During ticket transfer, you can choose, if the buyer or the seller has to pay the fee.
