What exactly do you have to do for that?
While ordering the upgrade products you have to fill out a questionnaire and specify the following information:
- E-Mail address of the ticket owner
- Barcode of the ticket, which should be upgraded (13 numbers)
- Order number (8 numbers)
- For day changes: declaration, which day should be transferred into which day
After the payment you will get a confirmation as PDF, saying, that your upgrade process is underway and will be executed within the next 7 days.
The customers are able to do online upgrades & day changes until the 05th of July 2021.
You cant upgrade or change your ticket into already sold out ticket-types.
