The following procedure can only be applied to festival and camping tickets!
This year you will get a ticket in the same category you´ve got for yourself for your companion.
This means, if you get a 3-Day-Full-Weekendticket you will get another one for your companion after you have personalized your own ticket. We´ll do the same for the camping ticket.
Please send us your order number and your severely disabled ID card with the B on it after you´ve personalized your tickets, so we can take care of the tickets for your companion.
Because of the time, this process takes we can only offer this until the first day of the month the festival is taking place.
We can only offer a ticket for your companion, as long as the tickets of the same category aren`t sold out yet.
WC | shower | camping
You will find toilets and showers that are accessible to disabled people in the hygiene areas at the festival- and camping area.
Please note, that the ground can be difficult to drive because of bad weather as it´s just a meadow.
VIP-stand
The VIP stands aren´t accessible with a wheelchair. You´d need to take several stairs to get up. Because of that, we don´t consider them usable.
The toilets in the VIP areas are accessible in a wheelchair without any trouble.
wheelchair podium
At the front end of the VIP stands, we´ve got a wheelchair podium. You can use it to observe the show within close proximity without compromising your view.
