You will receive your voucher by e-mail from your ticket provider.
Please also check your spam folder.
If you cannot find the voucher, please contact your ticket provider directly.
Vouchers can be redeemed at me-events.de/code for our events.
The vouchers were issued due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
If you haven´t redeemed your voucher by 31.12.2021 or if the voucher is unreasonable for you, you can apply for a refund of the voucher with corresponding receipts here: request form
The vouchers are not personalized. You can simply pass on the code.
If you place a new order and pay with the amount of the voucher, a new voucher will be issued if there is more than sufficient credit.
The remaining amount will be issued as a voucher to the person who received the first voucher.
If the credit balance of the voucher is not sufficient for the new order, an additional payment is necessary.
If an order is canceled, the code is blocked for about 20min.
