The following procedure can only be applied to festival tickets!
You will get a ticket in the same category you´ve got for yourself for your companion.
This means you will get another ticket for your companion after you have personalized your own ticket.
Please send us your order number and your severely disabled ID card with the B on it after you´ve personalized your ticket, so we can take care of the ticket for your companion.
Because of the time, this process takes we can only offer this until the first day of the month the festival is taking place.
We can only offer a ticket for your companion, as long as the tickets of the same category aren`t sold out yet.
