Therefore all new and already existing tickets have to be personalized.
You will be sent a link from your ticket provider for personalization, no matter if you buy the ticket new or you already have it since 2019.
Be sure to perform this personalization and, if necessary, dispose of your old ticket to avoid confusion.
Without a personalized ticket, we are unfortunately not allowed to let you on the festival grounds.
You don't have to do your personalization immediately, you have until the start of the festival to do it.
Any subsequent change of name, a so-called ticket transfer, is subject to a fee.
Therefore, it is best to personalize your ticket only when you are sure who will use the ticket.
All tickets of an order have to be personalized together.
Only the festival tickets are personalized. All other tickets (tents, mobile toilets, etc.) are not personalized and do not have to be re-personalized if they are passed on.
