3. information about the operation of our presences/processing purpose
We operate the presences in order to draw attention to our company, to report on job offers, events, competitions and other offers and to provide a communication and interaction opportunity via the presences. Data subjects of the processing are visitors of our websites and persons interacting with them.
4. legal basis of the processing
The operation of the presences is based on our legitimate interests in a contemporary interaction and dissemination opportunity for and with users of Facebook and Instagram in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO.
5. processing of personal data by Facebook

If your information is transferred by Facebook to third countries, this will only happen if there is a legal basis for it and only if the recipient has appropriate guarantees or officially recognized special standard contractual clauses.
6. processing of statistical data & viewing of further information
Through Facebook we are provided with statistics ("Insights"). For selectable periods of time and the categories "fan", "subscribers", "persons reached" and "interacting persons", the following data, among others, is made available in relation to our presence:
Total number of page views, Like Information, page activity, post interactions, reach, video views, post reach, comments, shared content, responses, percentage of men and women, origin (city, country) & language of those affected, clicks on our website, route planner and phone numbers
We use this data within the scope of a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO to make our activities at the presences more attractive and more adapted to our target group, for example through shared content geared to the average age of followers, subscribers and fans.
7. description of the interaction between Facebook and us
Facebook assumes primary responsibility under the DSGVO for the processing of Insights data and all obligations of the DSGVO with regard to the processing of Insights data.
We ourselves ensure that we have a legal basis for the processing of Insights data in accordance with the DSGVO (legitimate interests - more on this in sections 4 + 6), name the person responsible for processing on our part (point 1) and fulfil any other applicable legal obligations (e.g. information obligations).
Facebook makes decisions regarding the processing of Insights data alone and implements them alone.
If a data subject or supervisory authority contacts us regarding the processing of Insights data or other personal data relating to our presence, we are obliged to forward all relevant information to Facebook. In cooperation between Facebook and us, the corresponding requests will then be processed.

8. rights of the data subjects
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether or not data in question is being processed and to receive information about this data and to receive further information and a copy of the data in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO.
You have the right to ask for the completion of the data concerning you or the correction of incorrect data concerning you, in accordance with art. 16 of the DPA.
In accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, you have the right to demand that data concerning you be deleted immediately, or alternatively, in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, to demand that the processing of the data be restricted.
You have the right to obtain the data relating to you that you have provided us with in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO and to demand that they be passed on to other responsible parties.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO.
You have the right to revoke consents granted in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO with effect for the future.
You may object to the future processing of data concerning you in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO at any time. The objection can be made in particular against processing for the purposes of direct advertising.

9. contacting us
When you contact us (by message or e-mail), your data will be processed for the purpose of handling the contact request and its processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.
10. deletion of data
In accordance with articles 17 and 18 of the DSGVO, the data processed by us will be deleted or restricted in their processing, provided that this is possible for us within the scope of joint responsibility with Facebook. Unless expressly stated in this data protection declaration, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage obligations. If the data is not deleted, it is required for other and legally permissible purposes.
