We operate the presences in order to draw attention to our company, to report on job offers, events, competitions and other offers and to provide a communication and interaction opportunity via the presences. Data subjects of the processing are visitors of our websites and persons interacting with them.

5. processing of personal data by Facebook
Facebook processes your data for advertising and market research purposes, as well as to create user profiles. Among other things, Facebook uses cookies for this purpose. These are small text files that are stored on your end devices. If you have a profile on Facebook or Instagram and are logged in with it, the storage and analysis is also done across devices. 7. description of the interaction between Facebook and us
Facebook assumes primary responsibility under the DSGVO for the processing of Insights data and all obligations of the DSGVO with regard to the processing of Insights data.We ourselves ensure that we have a legal basis for the processing of Insights data in accordance with the DSGVO (legitimate interests - more on this in sections 4 + 6), name the person responsible for processing on our part (point 1) and fulfil any other applicable legal obligations (e.g. information obligations). Facebook makes decisions regarding the processing of Insights data alone and implements them alone. If a data subject or supervisory authority contacts us regarding the processing of Insights data or other personal data relating to our presence, we are obliged to forward all relevant information to Facebook. 8. rights of the data subjects
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether or not data in question is being processed and to receive information about this data and to receive further information and a copy of the data in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO.You have the right to ask for the completion of the data concerning you or the correction of incorrect data concerning you, in accordance with art. 16 of the DPA.In accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, you have the right to demand that data concerning you be deleted immediately, or alternatively, in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, to demand that the processing of the data be restricted.You have the right to obtain the data relating to you that you have provided us with in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO and to demand that they be passed on to other responsible parties. 9. contacting us
When you contact us (by message or e-mail), your data will be processed for the purpose of handling the contact request and its processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.
10. deletion of data
In accordance with articles 17 and 18 of the DSGVO, the data processed by us will be deleted or restricted in their processing, provided that this is possible for us within the scope of joint responsibility with Facebook. Unless expressly stated in this data protection declaration, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage obligations. If the data is not deleted, it is required for other and legally permissible purposes.
