The following procedure can only be applied to festival and camping tickets!
The following regulation can only be applied to festival tickets!
1. Customers (who are entitled to an accompanying person) first buy tickets as usual and complete the payment.
2. These customers can then send an email to inklusion@myticket.de. In this e-mail, customers would then have to tell us their order number, send us a copy/photo of their severely handicapped ID card with code B and the name of the person accompanying them.
3. We will then book a corresponding accompanying person ticket (same category, according to the regulation below) and send it to the customer.
WCs | Showers | Camping
Barrier-free toilets are available in the normal WC areas on the festival site and in the shower & WC areas on the campsites.
Please bear in mind that the surface may be less accessible depending on the weather, as it is a meadow.
There are no aluminum paths right up to the areas. The wheelchair must be suitable for off-road use.
VIP grandstands
The VIP stands are not barrier-free. Several steps have to be taken to reach the VIP stands. We therefore do not consider these to be usable for wheelchair users.
Wheelchair platform
You can use this to watch the show on the stages at close range without being restricted in your view.
